We want to help you get the best information resources you need to be successful. Know of a book, database, video, piece of software or technology the library should purchase? Is there an article or book you want to borrow from another library? This is the place to make it happen!

Interlibrary Loan

Many books from local academic libraries are borrowed quickly and easily using the Spokane Community College (SCC) and Spokane Falls Community College (SFCC) library catalog. You can search online for library items owned by Gonzaga University, Heritage University, Lewis-Clark State College and North Idaho College, and check them out by going to the library that owns them. Or, you can request materials online. Check with a librarian for more details on how to order items using the SCC/SFCC library catalog!

SCC and SFCC libraries also can borrow materials for students and faculty from libraries located across the world.

Purchase Request

The SCC and SFCC libraries welcome purchasing recommendations. Suggestions are evaluated based upon the libraries' collection development policies and current budgetary constraints. Sadly, we can’t purchase everything we want!

Please provide as much information about the suggested title as you can in the Community Colleges of Spokane (CCS) Purchase Request form in ctcLink. In addition to submitting this purchase recommendation, you also may want to consider borrowing a copy of the item using the Inter-library Loan Service.
